Robert Westerfield has a diverse range of work experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Robert has held various roles over the years, starting from the Supervisor position in Playboy Hotel & Casino in 1981. Robert then worked at Trump Castle Hotel & Casino as a Supervisor before becoming an Instructor at Casino Dealers School. Robert later established and served as President/Owner of BRACE Corporation, overseeing multiple businesses under its umbrella. Robert then transitioned back to the casino industry, taking on roles such as Pit Manager at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa and Director of Table Games at Horseshoe Baltimore, MGM National Harbor, and Dover Downs Hotel & Casino. Robert currently holds the position of Vice President of Casino Operations at MGM Springfield. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated leadership, improving profits, optimizing operations, and increasing revenues in highly competitive environments.

Robert Westerfield obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with a Management & Marketing Concentration from Montclair State University. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in "Building Creative Organizations" and "Learning from Failure" from LinkedIn in February 2019.
