Viswas Ghorpade

Viswas Ghorpade currently serves as the VP of Ingredient Solutions at RDMGP Ingredients since July 2024. Previously, Ghorpade held the position of VP of Commercialization at Black Sheep Foods from April 2021 to June 2024, overseeing process design, commercialization, and operations, including manufacturing, ingredient inventories, and product quality. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director at Beyond Meat from August 2019 to February 2021, focusing on manufacturing engineering and innovation development. Ghorpade's tenure at Kellogg Company from May 2005 to July 2019 involved roles such as Principal Scientist, where strategic leadership in category development and collaboration with marketing on kid’s breakfast concepts were key responsibilities. Additional roles at Kellogg included Sr. Product Developer and Sr. Product Development Scientist, emphasizing innovation and project management for emerging markets and product development for the Kids Cereal Group. Ghorpade began a career at Corn Chem International as Business Development Director from January 1998 to January 2009.
