James Le Grys has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James started their career at Pcubed as a Principal Consultant where they worked from 2003 to 2011. Following this, James joined Accenture as the Head of Programme Office from 2011 to 2012. James then worked with various companies in different sectors, including Automotive OEM, Financial Services, Oil and Gas Major, Nuclear Decommissioning, Air Traffic Controls, and IoT and Digital. James'sroles ranged from Business Relationship Manager, Head of Programme Office, Change Delivery Leader, Business Transformation Director, to Programme Delivery and PPM Advisory. Since 2018, James has been working at MI-GSO | PCUBED as the Head of UK Development, Innovation and Performance Services.
James Le Grys attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering. James later studied at Anglia Ruskin University from 2001 to 2002, obtaining a degree in Management (CIM).
