Vaibhav (Vic) Salvi possesses extensive experience in program and product management, having held senior positions in various companies since 1999. Currently serving as a Sr Program Manager in Engineering at NSI-MI Technologies, starting in August 2018, Vic's expertise lies in transforming initial concepts into fully developed products, encompassing design, prototyping, manufacturing, and production processes. Previous roles include Sr Staff Manager of Technical Programs at Flex, and Sr Manager of New Product Development at Mars International Inc., where Vic led end-to-end product development initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at MicroDose Therapeutx as an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager, IMPulse NC as an R&D Program Manager and Systems Engineer, Honeywell as a Product Engineer, and Atlantis Aerospace as an Electrical Engineer. Vic holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University, and a certificate in Systems Approach to Product Design from Cornell University, alongside Six Sigma certification.
