Michael Reinert

Michael Reinert has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael started as a Purchasing Manager at HUSCO International in 1994 before becoming a Materials Manager at Rubbermaid Home Products in 1999. In 2001, they joined Honeywell as Operations Leader, where they managed various aspects of the Sensing & Control's Freeport Plant 4 Operation.

Later, Reinert joined Ply Gem in 2005, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Supply Chain Management, Director of Materials and Transportation, and Senior Area Manager for Vinyl Operations. Michael led cross-functional process improvement teams, managed procurement and inventory, and supervised transportation teams across multiple manufacturing locations.

Since 2014, Reinert has been working at MI Windows and Doors, starting as the Director of Quality and Process Improvement and progressing to General Manager, Director of Operations, and now as the Regional Director of Operations. Their responsibilities in these roles include overseeing daily operations, implementing quality and process improvement strategies, and managing teams.

Throughout their career, Reinert has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed large teams, and played crucial roles in driving operational efficiency and growth in the manufacturing industry.

Michael Reinert completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Marquette University, attending from 1995 to 1998.
