Emily A. Anderson, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, particularly within supply chain operations. As the Director of Finance & Accounting - Supply Chain at Michael Foods and previously as Regional Director in the same area, Emily has demonstrated leadership in financial oversight. Prior roles at Cargill include serving as the North America Cost Reporting Process Lead and Operations Finance Lead for Cargill Protein - Eggs, in addition to accounting and finance responsibilities for Cargill Feed & Nutrition. Earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Accountant at Schwan's Consumer Brands and Corporate Accountant at SUPERVALU, as well as a Senior Associate role at McGladrey.
