Rae Hackett

Rae Hackett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and food safety. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Quality and Compliance at Michael Foods since August 2005, Rae has successfully built customer relationships and established a high-performing team in information communication, complaint resolution, and export compliance. Previous roles include Regional Quality Manager and Quality Manager at Michael Foods, as well as Quality Manager positions at Interbake Foods and Costco Wholesale, where significant contributions were made to the development and enhancement of quality systems. Rae's career initiated at Ambrosia Chocolate Company as a Quality Control Manager, following education at Cook College, Rutgers University, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science.
