Hisham Kassab

Hisham Kassab, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Trust & Safety AI Solutions at Michaels Stores, where responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers and driving technology solutions across various domains. Previously, Hisham held the role of Entrepreneur-In-Residence Product Manager at Citi Ventures, focusing on machine learning solutions for KYC and AML operations. Prior experience includes managing product development for machine learning solutions at Capital One, supporting product management and data science at DayBlink Consulting, and founding Mobilaps, where innovative high-tech products were developed. Hisham’s career also encompasses significant roles in market analysis and strategic consulting at Cartesian and Strategy&, respectively. Hisham earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside multiple advanced degrees in Operations Research and Electrical Engineering.
