Kathy Wilkerson

Kathy Wilkerson is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in merchandise planning and buying. With a career spanning over three decades, Kathy currently serves as the Director of Merchandise Planning at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where responsibilities include collaborating across departments to achieve financial goals and enhancing customer experiences. Previously, as Category Director at The Michaels Companies, Kathy developed strategies to drive sales and optimize merchandise presentations. Kathy's earlier roles include Buyer at Sears Holdings Corporation, managing a $200 million sleepwear and robes category, and Associate Buyer positions at Montgomery Ward and Burdine's Department Store. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
