Nayla Noorani

Nayla Noorani has extensive experience in product development and global sourcing, currently serving as Director of Private Brands and previously as Director of Product Development and Global Sourcing Manager at Michaels Stores since August 2018. Prior to this, Nayla worked at FleetPride as Global Strategic Sourcing Manager from November 2016 to August 2018, focusing on the aftermarket truck parts business. Additionally, Nayla was a Senior Specialist in Global Sourcing for the Home Division at JC Penney from May 2013 to October 2015, where efforts led to significant growth in Private Brand programs. Nayla holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Mumbai and completed education at UC Irvine and The New School.
