Pierre-Louis Dubourdeau is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the École des Mines in Paris.

Pierre-Louis Dubourdeau started his career in strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for the TotalEnergies Group in Asia. In 2010 he took on roles at the French Ministry for Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy where he directed the State’s activities with respect to the Prevention of Industrial and Natural Risks in the Paris region and then as an advisor to the Minister’s office, responsible for risks, energy and circular economy.

Pierre-Louis Dubourdeau joined the Michelin Group in 2015 as Operation Manager at the Cholet site. In 2018, he was then appointed Commercial Director for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

In 2020, he became Head of the Central America Region. Since January 2023, Pierre-Louis Dubourdeau is Executive Vice President of Manufacturing for the Michelin Group. He is a member of the Group Executive Committee.
