Christa Quinn is an accomplished professional in the fields of meteorology, marketing communications, and major gift fundraising. Currently serving as the Lead Major Gift Officer at Michigan Public since October 2018, Christa also held roles as Account Executive and Corporate Giving and Major Gifts Officer within the organization. Prior experience includes producing for Russell Video Services, Inc., overseeing marketing communications at Motawi Tileworks, and working as a meteorologist for both WTVG 13 ABC and FOX 2 WJBK. Christa holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The University of New Mexico.

Michigan Public is the public radio station licensed to the Regents of the University of Michigan. The station airs news and information content 24 hours per day, seven days per week via five FM signals: WUOM 91.7 FM in Southeast Michigan, WFUM 91.1 FM in Flint, WRSX 91.3 FM in Port Huron, WLNZ 89.7 FM in Lansing and WVGR 104.1 FM in West Michigan. Michigan Radio’s reach is further extended via its news website, online streaming, mobile phone apps, and social media profiles.
