Alex Delavan

Alex Delavan currently serves as the Director of the Division of Engineering Research at Michigan State University, overseeing a comprehensive research administration program. As an Executive Strategy Consultant and Principal at HyperFocus Consulting Group, Alex has successfully guided clients to significant business achievements. In addition, Alex is an author and brand manager at HyperFocus Media Publishing, developing music history books and coordinating strategic publicity for their releases. Previous experience includes serving as the Assistant Director at the University of Kentucky's Office of Sponsored Projects Administration, and holding various leadership roles in research administration at Oakland University and Delphi. Alex holds an MBA and a Post-Masters Certificate in Higher Education Administration from Oakland University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
