Kami Smith

Kami Smith has extensive experience in executive support and communications, currently serving as Executive Assistant for various vice presidents at Michigan State University since November 2014. Responsibilities include supporting the Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Trustees and coordinating communications for the President, alongside managing sensitive information and processing FOIA requests. Prior to this, Kami held significant roles at the Michigan Association of Counties, including Director of Membership Services, overseeing operational enhancements and professional development programs. Additional experience includes positions at Clinton County Administration and Allaby & Brewbaker Inc., demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills. Kami holds a BBA in Administration and Management from Northwood University and an Associate's Degree from Lansing Community College.
