Lydia Weiss

Lydia Weiss is a Climate & Response Specialist at Michigan State University, where since February 2013, efforts have concentrated on creating programs and support for students and employees regarding Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct. In previous roles, Lydia served as the inaugural Educational Program Coordinator for the MSU WorkLife Office, developing educational initiatives related to work-life balance, and coordinated programs focused on gender equity and social justice. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Interim Director of the MSU Women's Resource Center and advising various student organizations. Lydia also operates Ellipsis Editing, LLC, providing copy editing and writing services, and served as editor for the College and University Work-Life-Family Association's Quarterly Review. Lydia holds a Master of Arts in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Michigan State University.
