John Clark

John Clark is a highly experienced MEMS design engineer, currently serving as a Staff Design Engineer at Micrel since September 2013, where responsibilities encompass MEMS design, simulation, fabrication, testing, and product production support. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director of MEMS Engineering at Discera from July 2003 to September 2013, overseeing MEMS resonator design and simulation, R&D resource management, and production testing. Early in John's career, from May 1996 to July 2003, John was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, contributing to micromechanical resonator and filter designs, developing new fabrication methods, and engaging in research activities supported by DARPA and NSF. John holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree, all from the University of Michigan.
