Samuel Jaeschke is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Micro-X since February 2022, Samuel previously held a position as a Software Engineer at RFI Technology Solutions from April 2018 to January 2022. Prior to that role, Samuel worked at Maptek in a similar capacity from January 2009 to April 2018, contributing to the development and enhancement of software solutions throughout a decade of professional experience.

Micro-X was founded in 2011 in Victoria by current Managing Director, Peter Rowland, to commercialise the miniaturisation benefits of CNT x-ray tubes in mobile radiography.The CNT technology partnership with XinRay Systems was begun in 2013 and an exclusive Heads-of-Agreement was signed with Carestream Health Inc of Rochester, New York, inrespect of development collaboration and global distribution of the first mobile medical x-ray product in 2014.Richard Hannebery joined as a Director in 2014 and arranged Series A and B funding tranches of $13M which allowed full-scale engineering development of the x-ray product to commence early in that year.Micro-X Pty Ltd became a public company, Micro-X Ltd, in October 2015 and Lodge Partners led a $20M IPO on the ASX in December of that year.
