Lance Cross

Lance Cross has over 25 years of experience in operations management within the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Microchip Technology Inc. since January 2017. Prior to this role, Lance held various positions at Atmel Corporation, including Operations Excellence Manager for Global Operations, overseeing the Colorado wafer probe and package test facility, and providing global support for the Manila wafer probe facility. Additional roles at Atmel included Wafer Probe and Package Test Operations Manager and Wafer Probe Operations Manager, where Lance gained extensive expertise in process engineering and operations management. Lance holds a degree from The University of New Mexico, completed between 1990 and 1995.
