Jorge Mario Guzman Olaya

Jorge Mario Guzman Olaya currently serves as the Partner Manager West at Micromine, beginning in August 2023. Previously, Jorge held the position of Senior Instructor at British Digital LLC from April 2022 to December 2023, specializing in Technology, Product Management, Project Management, and Innovation, and successfully coaching over 40 professionals for certification. At Simetrik, as Partner Manager from May 2022 to August 2023, Jorge contributed to the establishment of the partnership practice for a SaaS Fintech startup. With extensive experience in program and channel management at Smiths Detection, consulting sales at Oracle, and various roles in telecom and data security across several companies such as Cyberbit and Huawei, Jorge has demonstrated a consistent ability to develop strategies, manage teams, and drive growth in technical and commercial environments. Jorge holds a Specialist degree in Mobile Communications and an Engineering degree from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.
