Kelsey Heick

Kelsey Heick is a seasoned professional in product operations and supply management with over a decade of experience at Micron Technology, progressing from roles such as Product Engineering Planner to the current position of Director of Product Operations Management. Kelsey leads a team of eleven Product Engineering Planners and two Quality Assurance Inventory Control Specialists, overseeing sample support during new product phases. Previous experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at the University of Idaho, where responsibilities included recruiting and training Directors and Board Chairs, and a marketing internship focused on optimizing Salesforce CRM systems at Comtech Advanced Hardware Architecture. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management, along with degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Finance from the University of Idaho, and an Associate of Science from Green River College.
