Ming-Chuan Yang

Ming-Chuan Yang is a Principal RET Engineer at Micron Technology, with over 16 years of experience specializing in reticle design for various NAND technology nodes, including 3x, 2x, and 1x planar NAND as well as 3D NAND, focusing on layout optimization, illumination, SRAF, design rule, and modeling. Prior to this role, Ming-Chuan worked as a Technology CAD Engineer at Intel, where responsibilities included the development of computational lithography toolsets from rigorous simulators to production OPC. Ming-Chuan earned a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, an MS in Electro-Optics, and a BS in Electrical Engineering, both from National Taiwan University.
