Walter Johnson

Walter Johnson is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in workplace information technology and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Global Director of Workplace Information Technology at Micron Technology since November 2017, Walter leads a global team to enhance productivity for nearly 50,000 employees, focusing on enterprise architecture and service management for collaboration technologies. Prior to this role, Walter held senior positions at J.R. Simplot Company, where responsibilities included managing global IT infrastructure, and at Hewlett-Packard, overseeing employee support operations. Walter's career also includes key roles at Juniper Networks and an earlier tenure at Hewlett-Packard. Walter holds an MBA in Management and Finance from Northwest Nazarene University and a B.A. in Management from Boise State University.
