John Daugherty

John Daugherty has extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager and TPM Coordinator at Microporous, LLC since August 2015. Prior to this role, John held multiple positions at Daramic LLC, including North American Maintenance Manager responsible for all maintenance operations in Corydon, Indiana, and Owensboro, Kentucky, as well as Plant Engineer overseeing maintenance, continuous improvement, and CAPEX projects, and Maintenance Supervisor for a 24/7 union production facility. John began their career in the U.S. Army as a Specialist 4, leading a platoon of specialized heavy equipment mechanics and graduating with Distinguished Honors from Fort Knox in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics. John earned an Associate's Degree from Western Kentucky University between 2000 and 2003.
