Lawrence Ho

Lawrence Ho is a seasoned professional in service delivery management with extensive experience at Microserve as Lead Service Delivery Manager since September 2021 and previously at IBM from January 2008 to June 2021 in multiple roles including Service Delivery Manager and Service Availability Manager. At IBM, Lawrence Ho was responsible for client engagement and governance for significant clients, such as the Alberta Ministry of Health and BC Clinical Support Services, ensuring 24/7 infrastructure availability and major incident management. Lawrence Ho has a strong background in mentoring and coaching teams across Western Canada and excels in process improvement and client onboarding. Lawrence Ho holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Simon Fraser University.
