Miguel Zuniga

Miguel Zuniga is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of People Experience at KITH since June 2024, Miguel previously held the position of Head of People and Wellness at Microshare.io, where responsibilities included collaborating with executives to establish a compliance framework and leading HR initiatives. Prior roles included Head of People for Gorillas, where Miguel managed a team to ensure operational excellence, as well as various HR positions at The TJX Companies, Inc., H&M, Macy's Backstage, and Forever 21. Miguel's educational background includes a degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
