Hadi El Arawi

Hadi El Arawi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management and training. Currently serving as a Board Member at Service Management Forum Arabia and a Senior Manager Consultant at PwC Middle East, Hadi also holds positions as MEA Chapter Lead for the Microsoft Alumni Network and Co-Founder of We Grow Minds, a consultancy specializing in professional training. Previous roles include Senior ITSM Consultant at RMG Renad Almajed, Professional IT Consultant at the American University of Beirut, and Regional Technology Director for J. Walter Thompson Worldwide. Hadi's educational background includes a B.S. in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University and high school studies in Mathematics at International College.
