Michelle Zou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and executive leadership. Currently serving on the School of Management Dean’s Advisory Council at Clark University and as a co-founder of the HSA Alumni & Business Club, Michelle actively promotes happiness studies and drives member engagement. A long-term consultant and trainer at Microsoft, Michelle has held leadership roles including Director for the Windows Phone category in the Great China Region. As Founder and CEO of Pacific Technologies Consulting Group, as well as the founder of Success & Happiness Consulting, Michelle focuses on fostering business growth and personal well-being. With an educational background that includes an MBA, an MA in Happiness Studies, and various coaching certifications, Michelle Zou combines business acumen with a commitment to promoting success and happiness.
