Joe Wallis is an experienced professional with a robust background in military engagement and recruitment. Currently serving as Director of Military Engagement for Microsoft Military Affairs since November 2010, Joe leads engagement initiatives at military bases and oversees programs supporting military personnel transitioning into the tech sector. Prior to this role, Joe was a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included officer career counseling. Additional experience includes senior recruitment roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., A.T. Kearney, Accenture, and Bradley-Morris, Inc., focusing on military talent acquisition. Joe holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
