Ken Malcolmson CISSP CCSP serves as the Chief Security Advisor for Microsoft in the western United States and Canada, leading efforts in enterprise cybersecurity strategy and cloud transition. With a career at Microsoft since 1997, Ken has held various roles including Marketing Leader in the Enterprise Cybersecurity Group, where Ken enhances cybersecurity awareness among enterprise customers and frequently speaks at industry events. As a Group Marketing Manager, Ken developed the Microsoft Cybersecurity Briefing Kit to streamline resource access for field teams. Previous accomplishments include organizing a secure software development conference that attracted significant attendance and revenue, and launching Premier Support offerings that exceeded $5 million in revenue. Prior to Microsoft, Ken worked for the UK Ministry of Defence, managing PC networks and application development. Education includes attendance at Reid Kerr College in Scotland and the University of Washington.

In addition to selling individual products and services, they offer suites of products and services such as consulting to computer system integrators and developers. However, they are mostly known for Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office suite, and the Internet Explorer web browser. More specifically, their products include operating systems for personal computers, servers, phones, and other intelligent devices; server applications for distributed computing environments; productivity applications; business solution applications; desktop and server management tools; software development tools; video games; and online advertising.
