Victor Castilho is an experienced professional currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Mid-Atlantic Crane since March 2019, where responsibilities include sourcing new sales opportunities and maintaining customer information. Previous roles at Mid-Atlantic Crane included Fleet Manager, overseeing fleet assets and coordinating maintenance, and Service Coordinator, focusing on problem evaluation and project supervision. Prior military experience with the United States Marine Corps involved serving as Supply and Administration Chief, managing personnel and administrative correspondence for assets exceeding $250 million, and as Requisition Management Non Commissioned Officer in Charge, handling equipment valued at $90.5 million. Victor is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain Management at North Carolina State University, building on an Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College.
