Adarsh Bansal is currently serving as a Professional Services I/O Intern at Modern Hire, a HireVue Company, since March 2023. Previously, Adarsh held the position of Graduate Assistant at St. Cloud State University from August 2022 to May 2023 and worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from December 2020 to May 2022. Adarsh also gained experience as a Customer Service Advocate at Target between July 2019 and January 2020, and as a Tutor at STEM Builders Learning Center from August 2018 to August 2019. Academically, Adarsh is pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at St. Cloud State University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, complemented by minors in Statistics and Neuroscience. Adarsh graduated from Wayzata High School in 2019.
