Bob Bartelt has extensive work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at I.C. System, where they started as a supervisor before progressing to become an Operations Manager. In this role, they handled business outsourcing processes and was responsible for managing collections.
In 2014, Bob joined Midcontinent Communications as a Technical Support Manager, where they provided internet, cable TV, phone, and home monitoring services to customers. Bob later became an Operations Manager at Midco, leading the rollout of advanced gigabit internet technology.
Currently, Bob holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience Operations at Midco. In this role, they focus on optimizing every aspect of the customer experience. Bob leads a dedicated team, establishes customer service standards, and implements streamlined processes to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Bob Bartelt has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Management from the University of Mary. Bob also has a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from PRAGMATEK, obtained in 2016.
