Brad Kanter, CPA, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in finance and analytics. Brad started their career at Merrill Lynch as a Sr. Financial Analyst in Public Finance, where they worked on large municipal bond issues and ran the training program for new analysts. Brad then moved on to Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, L.L.C. as an Investment Banking Associate, advising retailers and restaurant companies on equity investments and acquisitions. Brad then joined St. Jude Medical, now part of Abbott, as a Financial Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis, reporting directly to the CFO and supporting investor relations. Brad then transitioned to Target, where they took on roles such as Manager of Contractor Procurement and Senior Financial Analyst in Merchandising Financial Analysis and Capital Investment Analysis. At Gander Mountain, Brad served as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading initiatives to measure and report store-initiated web sales and playing a key role in the bankruptcy filing and all-store liquidation. Most recently, Brad worked at Midcontinent as the Vice President of Finance Analytics, where they built a top-notch team and implemented various reporting and incentive programs.

Brad Kanter, CPA, MBA has a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School. Brad also holds an MBA with Honors in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to their degrees, Brad is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
