Brenda Lehman has extensive experience in managing customer service and intranet content, currently serving as the Intranet Manager at Midcontinent since August 2004, overseeing the Intranet Team in content creation and management based on user needs. Previous roles at Midcontinent include Knowledge Support Manager, Content Administrator, Process Support Specialist, and Customer Service Representative, where assistance was provided to customers with billing inquiries and technical support.
