Prior to this role, Cody worked at Midco as a Field Technician from May 2016 to November 2020, and gained experience in youth ministry at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church from November 2014 to May 2016. Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Northern State University, completed in 2016.
