Cory Lichty has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2004, Cory worked at the Family Resource Network as a Training Consultant and later as an Infant/Toddler Training Specialist. In 2006, Cory founded PrimeTime Presentations, where they served as the Owner and Motivational Speaker. Cory delivered numerous keynote addresses and workshops during their time there. In 2008, Cory joined CAPITAL Card Services as a Collections Unit Manager, overseeing the hiring, training, and mentoring of collection representatives. In 2010, Cory transitioned to Modern Woodmen of America as a Financial Representative before joining Youth Enrichment Services as a School Age Program Director. From 2011 to 2014, Cory served as the Director of Sales at NutraClick Customer Care, managing daily operations and ensuring the effectiveness of sales departments. Cory also worked as a PRN Trainer at Sanford Health, delivering various training projects. In 2014, Cory held roles as a Resource Planning Specialist at Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy and a Loan Processing Manager at Expansion Capital Group. In 2016, Cory joined Midcontinent and held positions such as Business Inside Sales Manager, Director of Inside Sales, Senior Director of Residential Sales, and currently serves as the Vice President of Residential Sales.

Cory Lichty has a Master's degree in Child Development from South Dakota State University, which was obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the same university, from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, Cory is accredited as an Inside Sales Manager (AISM®) by AA-ISP, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unavailable.
