Kevin Perry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience management and support roles. Currently serving as the Digital CX Ops Manager at Midcontinent since March 2014, Kevin oversees daily operations and contributes to the development of Customer Experience strategies, particularly in customer-to-agent communications. Previously, as a Customer Care Manager, Kevin led a team in fostering growth and communication among staff. Additional roles include e-Technical Support Representative and Technical Support Representative, where Kevin addressed customer inquiries and provided technical assistance. Concurrently, Kevin works as a Social Media Live Game Coordinator for Midco Sports, managing real-time content creation during live broadcasts. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Staff/Direct Service Professional at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals. Kevin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in University Studies at Minnesota State University Moorhead, expected to complete in August 2024.
