Patrick Miller has a extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Patrick started their career at Conversent Communications, where they managed the Voice Technical Assistance Center (VTAC) and Network Operations Center (NOC). At EarthLink Business, they held multiple roles, including Senior Manager Technical Support and Director of Advanced Services, where they led teams responsible for supporting enterprise and carrier clients. Patrick also managed the transition from TDM to IP-based products. At Windstream Enterprise, they served as the Director of Cloud and Connectivity Repair, leading teams in supporting small business, enterprise, and carrier clients. Currently, they are working at Midcontinent as the Senior Director of Video & Voice Engineering and leads the Voice and Video Engineering teams. Patrick has been responsible for launching various voice products and has been part of national teams for FCC CAF II, CBRS spectrum auction, and RDOF.
Patrick Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
