Sharon Koenig has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and HR analytics. Sharon most recently served as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Midcontinent since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Total Rewards at Taylor Corporation from January 2019 to December 2020, and Director of Compensation and HR Analytics from June 2018 to January 2019. From February 2013 to June 2018, they worked as the Director of Compensation at Xcel Energy. Before that, they held various roles at SUPERVALU, including Director of Compensation from February 2010 to February 2013 and Executive Compensation Manager from March 2007 to January 2010. Their earliest experience in the field was at ADC Telecommunications, where they served as Equity Compensation and Global Assignments Manager from February 1996 to March 2007.
Sharon Koenig attended Hamline University from 1987 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Economics.
