Tom McAdaragh has over three decades of work experience in various roles and positions. Tom started their career in 1984 as a Field Service Representative at EF Johnson Technologies, Inc., where they installed cellular phone and Logic Trunked Radio (LTR) Systems. Tom then worked as a Software Programmer at Citibank in 1987 before joining Midcontinent in 1988 as a Technical Operations Manager. At Midcontinent, they managed a technical team and was responsible for selecting equipment and maintaining communication services.
In 1995, McAdaragh moved to LodgeNet Entertainment as the VP of Engineering & Technology Development. In this role, they led a staff of 70 engineers and had strategic leadership and management responsibilities. Tom stayed with LodgeNet Entertainment until 2014.
From 2013 to 2016, McAdaragh worked at SONIFI Solutions, Inc. as the SVP Operations and later as the VP of Engineering & Technology Development. Tom was responsible for technical operations, including system deployment, maintenance, and service.
Since 2016, McAdaragh has been with Midcontinent, serving in various roles including SVP of Technology, CIO, CTO | CIO, President & COO, and currently as the President. In these roles, they have been responsible for the overall management and monitoring of the company's technology infrastructure, IT organization, and network operations. Tom has also acted as a liaison between the Technology Group and other departments in the company.
Tom McAdaragh earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronics & Computer Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato between 1980 and 1984.
