Anis Jerbi

Anis Jerbi has a diverse range of work experiences in various roles and companies.

Anis worked as a Media Systems Engineer at MBC GROUP from December 2022 till present.

Prior to that, they worked at Dalet Digital Media Systems as a Regional Technical Support Engineer from October 2018 to December 2022 and as a Technical Support Engineer from March 2017 to October 2018.

Anis also had experience at Ingram Micro Cloud as a Technical Support Expert Engineer from March 2016 to January 2017, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for computer software and cloud-based services.

Anis also worked at TELUS International Europe as a Customer Service Representative from August 2015 to March 2016, focusing on sales, customer support, and presenting the company in a positive light.

Anis Jerbi began their education at lycée ibn Kassem Chebbi from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology. Anis then attended the High Institute of IT and multimedia Sfax, ISIMS Network from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Applied Computer Science and Multimedia. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Anis attended Technical University Sofia, where they achieved a Master of IT Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

In addition to their formal education, Anis has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received the Microsoft Azure Certificate from ITCE Microsoft Golden Partner, Sofia (Bulgaria). Anis also obtained the SERVICE PROVIDER SUPPORT CERTIFICATION from Acronis Backup Cloud in April 2016. In April 2017, Anis earned the SERVICE PROVIDER SUPPORT CERTIFICATION from Acronis.
