Kousai then worked as a Freelance Journalist at Alroyae Newspaper from June 2013 to December 2014. In 2019, Kousai joined Alfujairah TV as an Executive Producer. Kousai then moved to Al Fujairah TV as an Executive News Producer from March 2021 to October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Writer/Reporter at MBC Group, starting from October 2022.
Kousai Hatem obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Damascus University, where they attended from 2006 to 2011.
