Ted Gassman

Ted Gassman is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of Engineering at Middlesex Water Company since August 2019, responsible for leading the Engineering Department and overseeing the corporate capital program and asset management. Gassman has worked at PSEG since August 2015, holding various engineering roles, including Senior Distribution Supervisor and Project Staff Engineer, where project management and technical assistance in gas distribution were key responsibilities. Gassman’s military service in the US Navy includes leadership roles within reserves since 1998, achieving the rank of Commander in 2017. Previous experience includes significant management roles at CHU & GASSMAN, overseeing large teams and substantial operating budgets, and as a Third Assistant Engineer at Mormac Marine Transport.
