Derek Caswell

Derek Caswell is an experienced banking executive currently serving as EVP of Marketing & Products at MidFirst Bank, a $36 billion bank holding company, since March 2013. In this role, Derek manages various aspects of marketing, branding, retail deposits, and digital banking, among others. Previously, Derek held the position of First Vice President of Retail Banking - Marketing & Product Management at BancorpSouth, where responsibilities included directing product management for retail and small business offerings across multiple states. Derek holds an MBA in Business and a BA in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Mississippi State University's College of Business and Industry and has also completed the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
