Rachel Lam

Rachel Lam, MBA, CFE has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Rachel most recently worked at MidFirst Bank as a Financial Crimes Governance Manager VP, responsible for managing the bank's financial crimes governance. Prior to that, they served as the AVP, BSA Quality Assurance Manager at the same bank. Rachel also has experience at CompSource Mutual Insurance Company where they worked as a Premium Audit Supervisor, supervising a team of auditors and ensuring customer satisfaction. Rachel also worked as a Cost Analyst at Enviro Systems Inc., where they performed cost and budgetary analysis for aeronautical component manufacturing. Rachel started their career as a Client Relations/Casino Compliance Specialist at Finley & Cook, where they ensured compliance with regulatory requirements for Native American Casinos.

Rachel Lam, MBA, CFE received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Business Administration from East Central University in 2007. Later, they pursued further studies and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from St. Gregorys University in 2015.
