Matthew Rubel

Matthew Rubel is an experienced executive and investor with a robust background in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently, Rubel serves as the Chairman of the Executive Board at MidOcean Partners and as Executive Chair at Holley. Previous positions include Chairman of Consumer at MidOcean Partners Private Equity, CEO and President of Varsity Brands, and Senior Advisor roles at Roark Capital Group and TPG Capital. Rubel's leadership experience extends to being Chairman, CEO, and President of Collective Brands, Inc., and Chairman and CEO of Cole Haan during a transformative period at Nike. Educational credentials include an MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Miami and a BSJ in Journalism from Ohio University.
