Kyle Attenhofer began their work experience at College Towne Housing, Inc. as a Market Analyst from 2004 to 2006. Kyle then worked at Manco Abbott, Inc. as a Regional Property Manager from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they joined Citizens Housing Corporation as an Asset Manager from 2008 to 2009. Kyle then became an Investment Manager at EPMI, a Bayside Company, from 2009 to 2013. Currently, they are working at MidPen Housing Corporation as the Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, they created new modeling tools, developed a financial audit review process, and designed an electronic document file system.
Kyle Attenhofer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from California State University-Chico from 1999 to 2003.
