Jared's career began at Westinghouse Electric Company, where multiple roles such as Project Manager and Shop Operations Manager were held, focusing on industrial and energy sector projects, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. Early professional experience includes work as a Mechanical Designer at Controls Southeast, Inc. Jared holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Limestone University.
