Jim Lewis Jr. has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the General Manager of India Engineering at Midrex Technologies, Inc. since September 2019, where Jim spearheads the launch of the new Engineering Department in Gurgaon to support global plant engineering efforts. Prior to this role, Jim was a Senior Research Engineer and Principal Engineer/Owner at Coastal River Technologies, PLLC, providing consulting engineering services across various disciplines for a diverse clientele. Jim also worked as a Consulting Engineer at NKT Consulting Engineers, Inc., holding multiple Professional Engineer registrations across several states. Previous experience includes roles as Product Development Manager at Consolidated Engineering Co. and Mechanical Engineer at Midrex, where Jim contributed to significant projects involving advanced engineering solutions. Jim holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
