Rogerio de Gaspari Valdejao started their career in 1993 as a Technical Service Engineer at National Starch Food Innovation. Rogerio then held various roles at the company, including Technical Sales Rep. & Tech. Service Manager and SBU Manager. Rogerio joined AVEBE in 2004 as a Country Sales Manager before moving to Heimbach Group as an Area Manager. In 2010, they joined Cargill and took on roles such as Sales Manager and Commercial Director. From 2016 to 2023, they worked at Clariant as the Regional Head of BU Catalysts LATAM and later as the Head of Sales Americas – Syngas, BU Catalysts. Currently, they are the Global Business Development Director at Midrex Technologies, Inc.
Rogerio de Gaspari Valdejao attended Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical Engineering.
